Recycled Grass

At SSP we provide a number of recycled artificial grass products which consist of up-to 80% recycled grass.

Approx. 20% of recycled artificial grass is made from unrecycled plastic, this is to protect against UV fading and to provide high durability, which means the grass will have an extremely long life span.

We also provide playground equipment made from recycled products, for example climbing frames with recycled timber posts.

By choosing a recycled artificial grass product, you will help to save the environment because plastic that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill will be repurposed for a new high quality artificial grass product. 

Using recycled material also has benefits in terms of the grass’ properties. The straight fibres are C-shaped, so they offer excellent resilience. The grass blades have a built-in memory function which ensures a long-lasting elegant and problem-free product. The rounded shape of the blades, and the use of soft polymers, results in a nice, foot friendly grass too.
