Wet Pour Rubber and Artificial Turf Play Area Completed For Kent School
Outdoor play has been transformed for St Nicholas at Wade Primary School with the completion of a new wet pour rubber and artificial turf children's play area. The existing area consisted of old rubber tiles and natural grass which did not make the most of the valuable space and limited the children's play activity.
SSP Ltd in consultation with the staff and children of St Nicholas at Wade School designed a dual textured surface that would help with their play time and school activities. The poor draining natural grass was replaced by SSP's ProPlay Artificial Turf safety surface which looks and performs similar to natural grass but is free draining, safe, durable, and above all useable year round. The old rubber tiled area was replaced and extended to incorporate SSP's Wet Pour Rubber Surface with colouful designs and educational aids. The school now have an outdoor play area and classroom that will help with their education and be fun.
SSP continue with their successful children's play and safety surfacing which includes their MEGA (Multi Education Games Area) range of surfacing and their Astro Mat portable sports pitch and play surfacing.
